IBIE, one of the top 50 fastest growing trade shows, sought to expand its education program, IBIEducate, to increase the value it brings to attendees and continue to stand out among other international baking industry shows. The IBIE Education Task Force increased the scope of the program over two show cycles doubling the number of classes and serving 2,000+ attendees.

My role: Design and implement the call for papers process and scheduling matrix for over 120 sessions. Communicate with speakers and help them plan for their presentations.  Recruit, train, and organize over 125 student volunteers. Assist in audio visual and facilities planning.
